संकरण की मानसिकता

अभी पिछले दिनों नगर में भारत निर्माण एवं जनसूचना कार्यक्रम का पांडाल लगा था जिसमे पशु चिकित्सा एवं पशु पालन के लिए स्टाल लगाए गए थे ।

इस स्टाल पर मैंने कहीं पढा था जो बड़ा ही रोचक था । वहाँ लगाए गए एक पोस्टर पर लिखा था अपने देशी नस्ल के पशु के बदले उन्नत नस्ल के पशु ले जाए ।

संकरण से नस्ल सुधार किए पशु बाजार में फैलाव लें इसकी मानसिकता से भरा यह प्रयास मुझे बड़ा ही रोचक और हमारी संकरित मानसिकता को रिफ्लेक्ट करता महसूस हुआ था ।

उच्च नस्ल के पशु का निम्न नस्ल के पशु से मेल करा उन्नत नस्ल के पशु का निर्माण कोई नई बात नही है लेकिन जो गन्दी मानसिकता हमारे समाज में आ गई उसे इस मुद्दे के साथ जोड़कर देखना मुझे लाजिमी लगा । काफी दिनों से सोचते रहने के बाद यह लेख हमारी मानसिक बीमारी को समर्पित कर रहा हूँ ।

हमेशा से कुछ नया सोचने को प्रेरित करने वाला हमारा समाज भूल जाता है की जिस जींस की सरंचना को प्रकृति ने संरक्षित रखा हम उसी से खिलवाड़ को उन्नत नस्ल के हथकंडे के रूप में प्रोत्साहित कर रहे हैं । घोडी और गधे के मेल से खच्चर पैदा किए गए थे और यह हमारा पहला प्रयास नपुंसक प्राणी पैदा करने में अपनी बिसात रखता है।

कुत्तों की नस्ल भी हमने जरूरत न होते हुए संक्रमित कर डाली । जर्मन शेफर्ड को पम्नेरेनियन से मेल कराने में हमने संकोच नही बरता और फ़िर विदेशी नस्ल की गायें और सांड से हमने हमारी प्रजाति को प्रभावित कर दिया । अगली श्रेणी में उन्नत नस्ल की फसलों का हम सफल प्रयोग कर रहे हैं।

नपुंसक खच्चर के बाद भी हमने कभी नही सोचा की यदि नस्लों में संकरण किया जाता है तो किस तरह हमारा पशु और पशु पालन प्रभावित होता है ।

अमरनाथ की यात्रा का संस्मरण याद आता है जब एक घोडी को जबरदस्ती पकड़े एक गधे को देखकर महसूस हुआ की घोडी अपना साथी सहज रूप से उसे बनाने को तैयार नही हो रही थी और पशु पालक घोडे को उनके समीप जाने देने में बाधक बना हुआ था।

नस्ल सुधार की बात पर मुझे किसी ने बताया की धरती के किसी भाग में इंसान अपनी नस्ल सुधारने के लिए गोरी मेमो को बंधक बना कर बलात्कार किया करते थे और उनकी जाती का सुधार उच्च नस्ल की इन मादाओं से कर वे गर्व से भर जाते थे । तलवार के जोर पर इन लोगों ने अपनी नस्ल उन्नत करने का प्रयोग किया और यही मानसिकता अब पूरी duniyaa को अपनी gandagi से भरने लगी है । sochen............

गीर सिंह की चाहत मध्य प्रदेश को

मध्यप्रदेश पिछले कई वर्षों से गुजरात से गिर वन क्षेत्र के बिरले बब्बर शेरों को प्राकृतिक वातावरण में संरक्षित रखने का प्रयास कर रहा है । हर बार गुजरात उनकी विरासत के इन वन्य जीवों को मध्य प्रदेश को देने में मना करता आया है ।

वैज्ञानिक तर्कों के साथ मध्यप्रदेश ने हर बार बताया की किसी एक दायरे में सिमटे वन्य प्राणी कभी भी किसी अचानक दुर्घटना से हमेशा के लिए समाप्त ना हो जाएँ इस लिए मध्यप्रदेश राज्य शासन कुनो पालपुर में सिंहों की बस्ती बढ़ाने को तैयार है । यहाँ सिंहों के लिए खाध्य श्रंखला में भी कोई कमी नही है और उसके यहाँ आ जाने से वन्य जीवन भी समृद्ध हो सकेगा और वनों का रक्षण करना भी सरल हो जायेगा । टायगर स्टेट के रूप में और प्राकृतिक विन्यास में मध्यप्रदेश अव्वल स्थान रखता है और उसकी यह मांग कितनी जायज है इसका अंदाजा ऐसे भी लग जाता है की कच्छ में आए भूकंप के दौर में सिंह खतरे में आ गए थे और उनका यह प्राकृतिक आवास अब उनकी बढती संख्या के लिए छोटा पड़ने लगा है । गुजरात के गीर क्षेत्र का निवासी आए दिन इस वन्य जीव से सामना करता है । गीर के वन क्षेत्र में इंसान की आवाजाही को भी हम सभी जानते आए है। अभी पिछले दिनों किसी गाँव में जाकर पालतू पशु खा लिए जाने फ़िर कुए में पानी के लिए गिर कर मर जाने और सड़क पर सिंह के आने की खबरें दिव्य भास्कर ने प्रमुखता से छापी है ।

सिंहों के लिए मध्यप्रदेश की बेताबी इस बात से भी जाहिर होती है की अब प्रदेश शासन चिडियाघरों में बरसों से रह रहे सिंहो को जंगल में प्रतिस्थापित करने की तैयारी में है । गुजरात का रूख इस वन्य जीव को कमाई के रूप में देखता है और गीर के सिंहो को प्राक्रतिक वातावरण में देखने से होने वाली आय इस जीव के कहीं और रखे जाने का महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दु बन कर उभरा है । मुझे मिले मेल की कुछ लाईने यहाँ लगाना चाहूँगा आपकी रूचि के लिए
